2.) Design & 3D visualisation
Our design team develops creative concepts and presents them as detailed 3D visualisations, so you can see exactly how your custom exhibition stand will look and function before any materials are cut. This stage is collaborative — we refine until you’re confident in the direction.
3.) Working drawings & graphic specification
Once the design is approved, we produce precise technical drawings and graphic specifications that guide every element of the build. Nothing is left to guesswork.
4.) In-house build
Your stand is constructed in our Kent workshop, where we maintain full control over build quality, materials, and timelines. In-house production means we can respond quickly if anything needs adjusting.
5.) On-site delivery & installation
Our team manages transport, installation, and post-event breakdown. You arrive at a finished stand, ready to exhibit.

The cost of a custom exhibition stand depends on the size of your space, the complexity of the design, materials, and any additional features such as AV integration or bespoke joinery. We provide detailed, transparent quotations after an initial consultation so you know exactly what’s included.
We recommend getting in touch at least eight to twelve weeks before your event. This gives us enough time for design development, revisions, build, and logistics planning. For larger or more complex stands, or if your event falls during a busy exhibition season, earlier is always better.
